In my current role, I am responsible for obtaining South African Health Products Regulatory Authority Certification (SAPHRA) in certain depots. I currently manage the compliance team and Responsible Pharmacists that maintains these systems. Over the last couple of years I have developed a love for Quality Management Systems and Occupational Health and Safety. I strongly believe that companies can continually improve themselves by setting objectives and ensuring that they achieve these objectives. By doing so, they increase profitability in all fields of the business and reduce the risk to staff. I have experience in Road Transport Management System, ISO9001:2015, BRC Global Food Safety System, FSSC22000 and OSHAS18001. I played an integral role in the successful creation and roll out of all these systems nationally. To date, I have exceeded all the KPI’s that were set by the business and always push myself and my team to achieve outstanding results. I live a healthy lifestyle, which I believe impacts positively on my working environment, ensuring optimal work attendance and a high work rate.
