Jean Jacques Mbayo is a driven and self-motivated Chemical and Metallurgical Engineer with vast knowledge in the treatment of precious and base metal and their industrial features. He has a BSc & Honors degree in Chemical Engineering; and a Master degree with distinction in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. Specialized in the extractive metallurgy of Gold, design of reactors, development and implementation of innovative ideas to extract, recover and purify metals. Over three years of experience in the technical service of various metallurgical companies. He has a wide range of experience covering team management, projects conceptualization & development, research, leadership and problem solving. Currently looking for a position to further his goals and sharpen his knowledge as a Chemical Engineer and Metallurgist in term of process improvement, management and techno-economic analysis. Apart from being an Engineer, he is also a young entrepreneur driven with the aim to bring new technology and developing innovative ideas to industrialize the African continent.
