I am currently employed in the finance and banking industry. I have extensive experience in curriculum design and development (unit standard aligned qualifications and organizational standards) in various fields (management and leadership, finance, risk, business continuity management, human resources and operations). I have a Doctorate in Business Management (NQF10), MBA (NQF9), 2x NQF 8 qualifications in business administration and project management. Advanced Diploma in HRM and Training. My passion is learning and development. I am a certified curriculum designer and developer, assessor, moderator, coach and mentor. I am also a registered enneagram practitioner. I love creating 3D animation products for marketing, change management and learning and development interventions. I am available on weekdays after 5pm and on weekends. The R350 per hour rate is negotiable, dependent on the complexity of the project and whether the project is linked to an outreach or a social responsibility initiative.
