In the last 3 years of my career, I have supported over 400 employees across South Africa for the retail industry in all facets of general Human Resources. This includes daily time & attendance, logging leave, typing general HR letters such as move letters, keeping staff personal information up to date, performance management, uploading documents to the HR system, etc. I am proactive, goal-driven and have excellent time management skills. I am empathetic and understand the dynamics of an organisation and its people. I am currently in my 2nd year of completing my BCom Industrial & Organisational Psychology degree and together with the skills that I have learnt over the years, I will be a great asset to your organisation and team.
