I started my recruitment career in 2006. In 2008 I moved into an HR Consultant role where I was exposed to the broader HR function. In 2009 I qualified as a Skills Development Facilitator and gained experience within the training department of a large group of companies. I am immensely passionate about matching the right person with the right position and I ensure that I achieve this by nurturing relationships with my clients and candidates as well as understanding their needs. After 14 years working at various recruitment agencies I decided to become an independent recruiter which means having fewer clients but being able to spend more time focusing on each individual role. I have 16 years’ experience with a huge love for this industry.
