Im a very enthusiastic person, forever smiling even on my baddest days, allergic to pessimism, very organised, very critical, an extreme neat freak, im an extrovert so communicating is not a problem at all, I've extremely good social skills, im big lover of people and I spread happiness wherever I am, I can be a bit too fussy and hardheaded at times when things dont go accordlingly, but a sound of music calms me down and I'll have the problem solved in no time, im great leader in that I always allow people to have an opinion in every project and put myself on their level instead of the level.of leader, the hierrachy sometimes doesnt work for me because I feel like it limits people hence I.always put myself in my followers shoes so I can better understand their perspectives.
