I am a freelance facilitator as it is a role I can perfom exceptionally well. In addition to being a strong communicator and a team player. I am person who is teachable, passionate, has good leadership skills and understands how vital my performance within the role is crucial important in changing the lives of childrens lives. I perfom all my duties to an exemplary standard to quickly become a best facilitator contributes positive attributes and values to impact lives. Through experimential learning I've perfected my craft of deep briefing and fishing using variety of activities on different types of camps such as : leader development, leader identification, character building, team building and Adventure. This has helped me to change lives of children outside class room setting. I truly found my calling in Facilitation and I've built a life long career on it.
