I am a recent graduate from The University of Cape Town where I completed a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Psychology and Sociology and minoring in Anthropology and Gender Studies. My university career was challenging and long, however, I think that shows resilience and emphasises my need to accomplish the goals I set out for myself. My university experience and courses have allowed me to familiarise myself with statistics, behavioural analysis, research methods and have excellent critical thinking and communication skills. Throughout my university career, I have held various student/part-time jobs which have allowed me to understand the working world and has taught me customer services skills. The balance between working part-time and studying full-time has allowed me to develop excellent organisation and time management skills. This also emphasises the hard work that I am willing to put in. A lot of my working experience has to do with customer service; however, I am extremely adaptable and a fast learner meaning I can easily adapt to my environments to get the job done as best as I can. My well-rounded background in customer service has refined talents such as problem-solving and adaptability, which make me an ideal fit for the position. Additionally, I am a proven expert in communication skills and a consistent collaborator. My previous roles have strengthened my abilities in critical thinking and interpersonal skills and my focused attention to detail and high accuracy. One of my biggest passions is helping people in any way I can. This relates to my passion for creating and implementing solutions whether it is for clients, communities, or myself. I consider myself a lifelong learner meaning that I am always eager to learn new things especially if it can help others, whether business-related or community-related .
