A certificated engineer (factories), well experienced in physical asset reliability engineering, with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing, petrochemical and mining industries. Experienced in engineering problem/incident investigation (RCFA), continuous improvement (CI) using systems thinking and lean methodologies. In-depth experience in the development of maintenance strategies, risk analyses, and standard operations procedures (SOPs). These include the development of asset reliability framework, system reliability analyses, maturity assessment, asset legal and statutory framework (OHSA, MHSA), HIRA, HAZOP, RCM, PdM, PM, Reliability Modelling (RBD/RBM), and Risk-Based Maintenance, spare parts optimisation, Project Management (project identification, scope/specification development, and initiation). Experience includes the implementation of Asset Care Centre, CMMS/EAMS, RCM in existing and new installations as per ISO 55001.
