Personal Profile I work as a Consultant in Personal lines Sales and Services for a short term insurance company. I came in the organization as a learner and I am now multi-skilled. On my first two years in the company I worked as an administrator for Work force management. The position equipped me with several skills which includes Microsoft excel skill i.e. manipulating data through formulas, creating presentation through graphs and pivot tables. It enable me to work with different reports and systems like Avaya CMS, Sales force, WFO tool and internal systems. While working in WFM I also had an idea and did a presentation of a monthly reward program for the department, which was gladly received by the Head of the department. The program was to enhance service to our clients and also help motivate my colleagues. I ran with the program from A to Z which included budgeting, planning the themes for each month, organizing the celebration program and awards, gathering data and scores, to name a few. Through that I worked closely with several suppliers, my colleagues in the company and the Head of the department building strong relationships. Since the pandemic I then moved to the service environment where I now interact with customers on a daily basis, doing mid-term adjustments on policies, answering telephony and email queries. I have a burning desire to learn so I expose myself to as many opportunities as I can. Recently I was assisting in the sales environment, quoting on new business and working closely with brokers. My ambition, passion curiosity and enthusiasm is what sets me apart from the rest.
