I am a versatile and result driven Executive HR Practitioner / Senior Program Manager / Project Manager / Reward Practitioner with extensive experience on the African continent (Angola, Namibia, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa). I hold an B.Com Honours in Industrial Psychology from Rand Afrikaans University, a B.Com from the University of South Africa and other qualifications. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated success in the Human Resources, Project-, Change- & Reward Management and areas. My extensive HR experience includes leading and managing a HR Centre of Excellence for a large multinational organization, extensive international experience, dealing with Exco, Members of the Board, the Remuneration Committee and more. My international experience spans across a few countries, predominantly working in the UK and on the African continent. This includes an expatriate assignment in Mozambique.
