The nature of my degree has prepared me for a dynamic career in the corporate world however my experience and love lies in Information systems and Technology and as well as Project Management. My role as a Business Support Analyst gave me the experience with end to end IT analysis, Business process design and project management mainly using PMBOK and PMI methodologies. My day to day activities required me to consult with business users, analyse systems and business processes, design solutions, and implement solutions all for the improvement of business (ERP Systems) process according to the business strategy and requirements whilst managing user expectations. Support users with issues they are having on SAP ERP systems and HCM. Troubleshoot errors on SAP. Assists end users to resolve SAP related issues. Develop appropriate reports in SAP as requested by the business. Resolves calls as logged on service management system within agreed SLA (Remedy). Liaise with SAP applications system analyst to resolve technical SAP errors. I am a well-rounded individual. I am young, vibrant, intelligent, flexible, goal oriented, honest, confident and very ambitious but at the same time I am tolerant, make sound decisions, I listen and follow instructions well.
