I'm Rem Maraga-Tshivhase I have recently worked at Studio Sixteen http://www.******.*** over the past year and I am current working at R Kaplan Interiors http://www.******.*** Working on varied projects for corporate and hospitality clients the projects often differed in scale and program. Prior to which I worked at ARRCC formerly known as Antoni Associates http://www.******.*** for over five years. Working on a variety of projects of varying scale and program both internationally and local. I'm looking purse new ideas and dynamics in order to inspire my personal and professional growth by looking at companies such as yours. Who would present a different and renewed approach with varying challenges in the fields of architecture interior architecture and interior design. I'm a high energy, highly motivated, open minded and team oriented individual. Skills include an ability to work autonomously, without the need for being micro managed, showing confidence in ones abilities and the individual thinking and decision making as this allows “directors/partners” to focus on other pressing matters with the reassurance that work is being done. The above is further expanded on through the ability to fill in the "gaps" and foresee any future or probable problems, this allows for problems to be dealt with before they occur. Further one has a willingness to assist where required in order to ensure deadlines are met, showing that one is able to contribute and is driven toward team goals. Other abilities include being able to introduce new systems to inspire growth, in order to improve the workforce and hence raise the overall standard of work and the efficiency raising the overall office standard.
