Robin is a loyal and hard-working employee; he has worked for two companies spanning over a nine-year career and has shown himself faithful in both. He is an independent problem solver who is keen on finding solutions so that all processes are as easy and as smooth as possible. He is driven by the desire to know all technical aspects of every product and to ensure that the customers’ needs put first and met through great customer service. Robin strives for good working relationships with all his colleagues and customers and is always as helpful as possible. Due to his nature and personality, Robin is the type of person that brings about a pleasant and healthy working environment. Robin is also innovation driven and seeks new ways, ideas and opportunities to improve the product lines, work efficiencies and the related processes and systems. He is willing and able to test and implement where permitted, alongside his day to day work responsibilities. Robin has an acute technical affinity and he has the skillset to speak and teach those around him, both colleagues and customers, be it in presentations or in a one- on-one setting. As a part of his achievements, Robin completed data analytics for a major industry battery manufacturer and subsequently implemented a major SAP Configuration Project; which was rolled out to all Subsidiary Operating Companies, first in the Netherlands which he personally implemented and tested, and once successfully completed, the same implementation was rolled out to the rest of the subsidiaries worldwide. Robin has project managed many other initiatives in the history of his career which he is happy to share in discussion during the interview process. Robin brings his A-game in all that he does and enjoys being a team player. He has the utmost respect for others and leadership and is a great asset to any team he is placed in.
