I have 16 years of healthcare experience in the private healthcare setup. I was also seen as a strong mentor and shift leader in my previous locality in Welkom. I consistently work within my scope of practice and I understand that this method of practice is there to identify the level at which I am to perform. I have extensive experience in managing medical and traumatic emergencies and ensure that the patient receives the most appropriate safe nursing care.
