Carrying out internal and external audits to ensure compliance with requirements and to identify and mitigate shortcomings. Requirements: schedule, participate, report and follow-up of internal audits and assessment- quarterly: Department: Coordinate and schedule monthly internal inspection, attend and verify that the specific operation followed up correctly actions; Assist Divisional SHREC Department with corrective actions on third party audit findings, Accidents/Incidents investigations and risk management Report back to management iro trends, statistics and analysis. Assist/ facilitate with report, follow –up on all risk assessment with regards to specific operation. Provide status feedback quarterly risk reviews or as required after each incident. Incident: means conduct formal incident investigations ;timeously notifying Head Office of all incidents by means of formal notification letter. Identified root causes of incidents: Provide a support service to SHREC Division to ensure the effect execution of SHREC initiative on site operations; Participate in the SHREC initiatives and reviews to ensure continuous improvement can be sustained. Assist in communications of zero Accidents, Techniques and safe Practices at least once a week; Participate with environmental initiatives as required; Emergency Response. Participate and assist in trial emergencies as per client or operation requirements. Assist in real emergency. Provide support services to ensure compliance, Assist SHREC department as required including planning and execution of SHREC strategy and campaigns.
