I am a B.Sc Mathematics and Applied Statistics graduate who is currently pursuing a career in data science and hoping to complete his honours degree in Statistics, I have an interest in Mathematics, Finance, and Data Science. Current problems in the scarce skills sector in South Africa and in the African continent awaken my curiosity and drive to learn further to better my problem-solving skills and possibly help tackle these problems. To succeed as an analyst, I must think like an analyst. It is the role of a data analyst to uncover and synthesize connections that are not always so clear. While this ability is innate to a certain extent, I believe that a great company will help me improve my skills enough so I can be of great impact on the growth of any company.
