Having worked in the retail as well as manufacturing I believe I am a well-rounded candidate and I understand the complete cycle of garments from trend and conceptual stages, to costing and labour costing processes, to technical and specification submissions to production. My studies well-equipped me in business and retail studies, theory of clothing design, pattern making, garment construction, quality control and design tools. I set my standards high, work well with deadlines and pressure and have good interpersonal skills when placed in a supervisory position as well as under the instruction of others. I believe my broad set of skills, in-depth understanding of garment processes and manufacturing and experience make me a highly capable candidate for a number of positions.
