I am currently employed full time as a Manager for Comair (British Airways) at Cape Town International Airport (employed for 22 years.) Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I will be temporary unemployed until airlines are once again permitted to operate, which is estimated to be in November 2020. For this reason, I am looking for part time/contract work which might be available during this interim period. Due to the variety of positions I have held during my working career, this experience has allowed me to gather a wide range of skills which could be utilized across a range of industries. Over and above my position at Comair, I am also an accredited IATA ground handling safety auditor and have therefore had the opportunity to gain knowledge within the field of operational safety. I reside in Somerset West, have my own transport and an office set up at home (which includes uncapped WIFI and cellphone allowing me to work remotely). I am skilled in Microsoft office Excel and Word.
