I am an HR professional with 16 years experience, working across various industries, and with all levels of staff and leaders. I help SMEs cut their HR risk and costs, so they can focus on growing their business instead of time-consuming labour issues. I partner with you on resolving performance and disciplinary issues, legislative compliance and people management training and development. I hold a BCom degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, and am EDTP SETA accredited as a Skills Development Facilitator, Train-the-Trainer and Assessor. Registered as an HR Professional with the South African Board of Personnel Practices (SABPP); a Member of the Cape Chamber of Commerce; and a Level 4 BEE provider.
