My name is Zinhle Masuku im 23years old i matriculated 2014 at Tsakane Secondary school 2018 i enrolled at career computer college where i did my advanced call center coarse customer service and data capture.i learn how to answer bridge clerify deal and end call also to deal with angry customer using HEAT technique my first job i was working for the company name iTalk reason for leaving was working hours where long and sometimes i was struggling to get a taxi back at home around 8:40 pm.My second job was at hotel stay where i was a sales agent opening membership card for hotel users where they get discounted rates on accommodation flight dining ang car hire. Reason for leaving is that it was commission only and sometimes i would earn less to cover even transport money for whole month. I am hard worker team player i love working with people that why i choose call centre as a career i can work under pressure and still produce good result i love challenge and trying something new.
