This is a company that knows exactly where it is going and tells you exactly what is required of you. Processes and procedures are well thought out, well laid out and adhered to. The work environment is positive, peoductive and fast paced; their effectiveness is largely due to the well designed, common processes that the staff can rely on. Well done AltechIsis, you could teach a lot of companies a thing or two about supporting staff in their work.
