This Global giant operates or rather, hinges on "people before profits" and honesty, integrity and transparency. Caring for employee's health and safety is second to none. Provisions such as "health Care Day" enables one to receive free detailed medical check ups,and much more. In my 33 years as an employee, I have never seen a Group Chairman interact with his staff with such humility. One's ethical and moral character changes with ease. To be employed by BHP is a gift and not a 'right' and that sums it all up. You are moulded into a true professional, that is the end result.
