"Poor Management"

Thee worst company at this stage to work for. Poor management skills, poor diversity and racism at its best. Family orientated business where family comes first then friends in the job sector. Management take advantage of their positions to down grade individuals and insult them and make them feel stupid. Management applause racism and turns a blind eye to it. No room for climbing the ladder unless you're the right colour or have the right friend. Management has this ego about themselves that they have the right to treat you like a slave. Matters are always swept under the carpet if it concerns them or their buddies, but they always make sure they get to the root of the problem if it concerns you. Favouritism, Nepotism, Racism are all in a days work for management. You are just the slave.
