I worked in a call centre of PepsiCo where I did customer service. The company provided good training in terms of customer service, which meant that I was able to carry out my job to the best of my abililty. Besides, doing customer service, I was also required to do sales and sell some products for the company.

Be prepared to not know what time your day ends because at PepsiCo, the superiors don't have respect for time. You work overtime and don't get compensated for it. I also believe that jobs at this company are aimed at men because it requires a lot of physical work.

I always feel pressurised while working because supervisors watch you like a hawk. It's as if they think you're incapable of doing the job. I was hoping for career growth within PepsiCo, but growth is so rare in this company. The salary at entry-level is quite satisfying.

PepsiCo is the instigator behind my maturity. This company shaped me into a well noted person. The hours required to work are exceptionally long, but it's up to you to determine whether those long hours of work are worth the reward.
