This should be logically divided into two sections - 1. for locals and 2. for other nationalities 1. For locals - TCS being an India based multi-national, offers certain amount of jobs in all areas possible in IT (Administration / Consulting / IT etc) to South African nationals and provides fair and equal work opportunities without any discrimination. The amount and kind of opportunities may be provided in all cities in South Africa based on projects. 2. For other nationalities (mainly Indian nationals) - The skills not abvailable locally or not available locally at a reasonable / affordable cost to company are fulfilled from Indian counterparts; and TCS SA provides a good learning platform as well as provides ample facilities to live, dwell and nurture in the way a professional aspire.
