My client in Randburg is looking for an accountant. They need a self motivated and driven person who has a passion for what they do and can deal with change and cope within a team dynamic in this fast paced business environment. The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree (B Comm or equivalent) in Business, Finance and Accounting and at least 5 years working experience. Experience on Pastel Evolution preferred. Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide financial support to the business unit ensuring profitability
Manage all bank reconciliations
Cashbook processing and cash flow forecasting and reporting
Manage debtors and creditors
Reconciliation of all balance sheet and ledger accounts
Analyse income statements and report on variances
Assist financial manager with preparation of monthly accounts, management packs and budgets
VAT reconciliations and payments
