CA(SA)/Assistant Financial Manager R50000 + excellent benefits - Fourways

Job skills, qualifications and experience requirements:
• CA (SA) qualification ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 2 years previous working experience within the same or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of SAP ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience within the hospitality industry a definite advantage
• Technically up to date with IFRS and sound knowledge of treasury cash management, taxation and the Companies Act, expert on consolidations
• Skilled communicator, both oral and written at all levels
• Experienced in building a competent and motivated team of finance staff through confident and caring leadership, counselling and delegation
• Will entail an overview of national properties including consolidation and financial reporting ad commentary, finance systems management, maintenance and upgrades
• Standardisation of procedures
• Benchmarking, accounting policies, technical input and assistance (emerging issues re IFRS, Tax and Company Act etc.)
• Balance sheet reviews
• Input on budget and 5 year plans
• Passionate about financial management and analytical, with eye for details
