Are you a French speaking Customer Service Executive based in Johannesburg and looking for a new exciting job opportunity? This company provides medical and security assistance and support to our clients and their members / insured entities on a global basis, and are looking for a French speaking Customer Service Executive to provide empathetic, quality service to their customers

Your key responsibilities as the French speaking Customer Service Executive in Johannesburg will include:

- Provide empathetic, quality service to their customers in French
- Update all cases with the appropriate documentation
- Handle cases and phone calls in an efficient manner, as for company protocol and client specific Standard Operations Procedures
- Accurately notifies client as defined by company protocol and client specific Standard Operations Procedures
- Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing cases and serves as the voice of International SOS for their clients
- Maintain all cases in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure the CD is aware of all medical reports and actions required during the shift
- Executes proper use of escalation protocol without fail
- Works with Supervisor / Operations Manager and Security staff for all security related issues
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient and/or client information
- Maintains the transmission document in a clear, accurate and concise format with the correct plan of action for hand over to the next shift
- Escalates all complaint or perceived complaint cases to the Operations Supervisor immediately
- Action all incoming tasks, faxes, emails and correspondence pertaining to active and/or closed cases
- Assist with the training of new Coordinators by mentoring them during their training program

Requirements for this French speaking Customer Services Executive job in Johannesburg:

- Fluent in French and English
- Customer service oriented
- Working knowledge of CRM technology
- IT literate and proficient in the usage of computer software including Microsoft Outlook and Word, and experience working a database is preferable
- General knowledge of world geography but particularly Sub-Saharan Africa desirable
- Travel or Study-Abroad experience (Studies, Personal, Volunteer) would be an advantage
- Completed Grade 12 / Matric
- Tertiary education preferable
- Typing speed of 40 wpm
- Shift work across the Assistance, Response Centre and Medical Transportation platforms in accordance with a pre-published duty roster (24 hours a day, 365 days a year)
