My client is a Multinational Pharmaceutical company who seeks to employ a Quality Control Manager in their QC Laboratory.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent) - Masters preferred.
5Years experience in a Pharmaceutical Laboratory
2 - 3 Years People Management experience

Role

Managing QC department to assure compliance.
Hire and train lab personnel
Coach and develop people
Ensure compliance with QM, QD, GOP, SOP and official regulations
Ensure IPC oversight
Ensure all Personnel follow HSE requirements
