Senior Business Process Specialist – Cobit5/ITIL V3

Job Description:

• Create an ITIL & Cobit linked framework.
• Create a tracking schedule and map the associated compliance statements for the department, that includes all aspects of the department including governance & CIO activities.
• Map underlying process gaps & associated activities to achieve statement compliance.
  • Combined proof statement and/or defined process where deficient.
• Creation of a self-assessment template and tracking schedule to track remediation measures & associated progress.
• Create reporting & visibility framework.
  • Create an assessment checklist, defined for this financial year & approval from VET is Enterprise Change Management & Business Continuity Management.
• Apply proper program management philosophy & Methodology in the execution of the above.

Requirements:

• BTech Minimum
• 10 Years Cobit & ITIL experience
• Advanced qualification in Compliance Management advantageous
• ISO 9000/20000 experience advantageous
• Governance background
• Exposure to large IT environments
• Ability to plan and manage program – Project Management Certification
• Ability to communicate at all levels
