National Organization is seeking to appoint a Senior Supervisor for the Empangeni area.

OVERVIEW:

To lead and grow the operating quality and efficiency of the Branch
To achieve high levels of service and performance in volume, quality and targets within set timelines
To oversee the full spectrum of service delivery to new & existing customer base
To drive lead generation and significantly improve customer retention
To also identify and develop opportunities for the career development of Branch personnel

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
tertiary Qualification an advantage.
Full NCPC Certificate is preferred
Familiarity with recognised standard Pest Control Auditing Bodies
Fumigation qualification
Termite qualification
Woodborer qualification
Computer literacy – MS Office, Windows, Internet tools
Valid driver’s license is a pre-requisite
Minimum 3 years management experience in customer-led business-to-business environment
Experience and proven track record in service / operations management
Managing service and customer retention would be advantageous

KPI'S

Ensure accurate measurement and management of all key activities ie. Customer contacts, response to terminations/ threatened terminations.
Service delivery to a quality determined by and in accordance with service specifications
State of service to reflect no more than 4 days’ work outstanding at the end of each calendar month
Service productivity within budget parameters and at a rate of improvement ahead of inflation
Service of new customers within 72 hours of acceptance
Response to and resolution of area customer complaints – develop relationships with clients and acquire new clients
Managing the service teams to generate sales leads through range extension opportunities and referrals
Recruitment, development and retention of service staff according to business requirements
Control and management of all budgeted and unbudgeted expenses to ensure the delivery of the area profit (direct responsibility in producing service cost ratios at budget levels or better)
Management and control of company assets, stock and EFR.
Grow and maximise revenue.
Be aware of, and report on, any significant changes in competitor activity
Compliance with all company and divisional policies and procedures including Health and Safety.
Read and interpret financial reports.
Forecast and Financial Planning.
To achieve or improve on budgeted retention levels
To manage and take full responsibility for all aspects of service operations
To ensure delivery of service to all new and existing customers
To ensure delivery of productivity improvements through management, motivation and leadership
To challenge the status quo in all aspects related to customer service (routing, zoning, route densities)
To manage all aspects of costs to budget or improvement, and to ensure the achievement of at least budgeted cost ratio
