Our client is looking for SLA Coordinator - OPOSO - TSS BEVERAGE to be based in Johannesburg area.

Reporting: Beverage Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

To ensure a strong technical and technological day to day support to enable the local service organizations and the BA-S to deliver the complete range of Solution services

General scope:

The Coordinator works with coordination, preparation and execution of proposals for Service Level Agreements, which consists of:

• Recommended Spare Part lists (RSPL) / Recommended Spare Part Quotations (RSPQ)
• Service Agreements

and other relevant One Project One Service Offer (OPOSO) activities, such as criticality analysis, in order to support regions and countries in the Sub Sahara region, in securing a strong entry point for service sales to new installations and customers.

• Plan and prepare and coordination of RSPL and Service Agreements for all R&C who requires OPOSO support in the Sub Sahara region
• Assist regions and countries in executing OPOSO activities and secure common guidelines, templates etc. is used, across applications and technologies
• Coordinate OPOSO activities closely with regions and countries
• Liaise with APC (Application Product Centre) in preparation and planning of recommended spare parts lists

Expected results:

The Coordinator works towards standardizing OPOSO related activities, which secure timely and easy execution.

• Ensure that the Regions and Countries experience a strong and coordinated support from TSS Beverage
• Increased profitability and turnover on first time spares and service activities
• Apply service standards of SER

Qualification & Skills:

• Preferably a Mechanical Engineering qualification with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Sound Technical knowledge, primarily technical documentation (mechanics, automation, process engineering)
• Commercial understanding
• English and good communication skills
• Intercultural competence
• Service culture
