My client, a well-established Wine Farm, is seeking to employ a Temporary Sales Administrator to join their team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum two years previous experianec as a Sales Administrator
• Previous experience in the wine industry will be advantageous
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
• Computer literate (Including Pastel)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to Wine Club queries
• Manage orders
• Dealing with couriers
• Invoicing on Pastel
• Call potential Leads
• Process Website online orders
• General Administration
• Assist Wine tasting team to capture signups
