The objective and responsibilities for the self-driven and motivated individual will be the following:

Objective:
• Plans, develops, and conducts technical training (HE Products) to support teams, staff and customers to help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of skills and knowledge required within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Training Plan
• Propose, develop and implement training strategies to promote business success
• Collaborate with management and training teams to make sure that all the trainings meet the minimum quality standard and demand
• Ensure learning environment is neat, tidy and conducive to quality learning
Training Material
• Conduct training needs analysis and design relevant course
• Identify the best methods for providing training and developing training material
• Design and deliver related programs to support professional development and increase customer performance
• Update training programs, course material and assessment tools in line with current certification/requirements
• Present material in an innovative way which enhances understanding as well as attention and retention levels
• Deliver training in a variety of settings, including classrooms, training academy,
on-site facilities and to customers
• Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
• Ensure client satisfaction in the delivery of training solutions and services by providing world class training
• Conduct HE Technical Training to all Technicians, Agents/Independent Contractors and staff

Training Evaluation
• Assess /Evaluate training to measure effectiveness
• Ensure all client queries, during and outside of training, are satisfactorily resolved

Reporting
• Weekly feedback to management regarding training conducted
• Reporting quality related issues to factories and HQ on a monthly basis
• Monthly report on effectiveness of training conducted
• Prepare presentations, proposals and plans as and when requested
• IQC reports on new products when necessary


Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 3 – 5 years experience in the electronics environment
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Trainer within a corporate training environment
• The individual must have experience as a trainer with a technical background
• Proficient at classroom instruction, hands-on/field training and course design/development
• Good understanding of the corporate training environment
• Possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence

• Technical Understanding of consumer electronics products
• Working knowledge on all products trained is required

• Strong administration and time management skills.
• Proactive self-starter
• Ability to keep trainees engaged throughout
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally when required
