My deliberate transition from Service Management to IT Infrastructure, Project Management, and Software Development has provided me with a well-rounded perspective on the intricacies of managing an ICT department. Given my breadth of experience, I am well-equipped to handle the challenges associated with the dynamic nature of the technology industry. My understanding of the overall structure and requirements of an ICT department positions me as a valuable asset for steering organisations through technological advancements and business transformations. Furthermore, I pursued a Business Management at UCT Graduate School of Business to deepen my comprehension of business practices, thereby enhancing my ability to effectively support businesses. Additionally, setting up a local company in South Africa to facilitate international work demonstrates a strategic approach to navigating the complexities of global business while adhering to local employment and tax laws, ensuring work-from-anywhere compliance.
