I am a 40 yr old African Male residing in Durban, Yellowwood Park. I have been in the Built Environment sector for over 15 yrs with various employers (Local Government, Provincial Government Agencies, Private Consulting, worked under Contractors etc). I am registered with the SACPCMP in the Pr. CPM category since 2013. I have vast.experience in Building Construction of New Projects, Revamp and Renovations, Additional and Upgrades to existing facilities. I have exposure and experience in working with various stakeholders on different types of projects ranging from small to complex and from simple government buildings to sophisticated specialists buildings e.g. the Plant Tissue Culture Building at the King Shaka Int Airport. I have good interpersonal skills and relate well with other team players. I am conversant with most.of the types of Contracts used in the industry e.g. JBCC, GCC, FIDIC etc.
