My name is sandiso Mbanjwa was born 17 september 1994 during my childhood i did not know what to study in the future but as time goes i pass my matric 2013 then i took a gap about a period of 2 years not that i wanted that, the problem was my parent could not afford to pay fees for me. I am very grateful person who will never forget his roots including my background; the government of South Africa introduce the NSFAS funding scheme which in turn enable me to enter at the university in 2016. I completed my diploma of public administration and governance in 2019 while i was doing my inservice-training at my varsity which is Cape Peninsula University of Technology volunteering for a period of 3 months last year it made me to realise that what i was studying is something i really love because i love to associate with different people as well as driven person; always willing to help or assist when someone need help, i do not hesitate at all. I always eager to learn because learning is part of our daily lives, i completed Graduate Exit Program (GEP) which consist of the following topics: Emotional Intelligence; Communication; Ownership; Critical Thinking; Workplace relationship with your managers; Workplace relationship with your co-workers; Burnout and Wellness. Lastly completed the SAP ERP foundation course.
