I am a 35 year old unmarried Indian female with a very positive and hardworking outlook on life. I live with my dad, who is retired and my two younger brothers, my mother having passed away 10 years ago. I completed my LLB degree at UKZN Howard College in 2015 and have also completed Professional Legal Training (6 month/full time) at the Durban based School of Legal Practice in 2016. I have participated in a voluntary Community Outreach Programe conducted by the UKZN Law Clinic. I have passed all four of the required Attorneys Admission Examinations. I am currently serving Articles of Clerkship, which is soon to be completed. In my employement thus far, I have learnt a lot from my colleagues, supervisors and managers. Having worked predominantly with indigent persons has given me an in depth view of how the law affects us all. Being hands on has also thought me a lot about our legal fraternity. Prior to this I have worked in office administrative and accounts environments in the medical field. My working duties have included administrative and accounts related duties. As per references, I have worked well, both as part of a work team or alone. I have good character; am driven and determined. I am open to change and growth. I have worked largely with the public in the past; as a result of which I am capable of dealing with circumstances as they arise with both professionalism and tact. I am computer literate, having worked with computers most of my life, both in a professional and personal capacity. I have a valid code B driver’s license, with a good driving history. I am a hard worker and a fast learner and I believe that I would put my utmost into performing my job with care, efficiency and professionalism. I look forward to working with your company.
