To Whom it may concern, For the last few years I have been working as a personal assistant to the directors of a private company & business administrator, who had tenders with government organisations. Due to many unforeseen circumstances and economic instability the company was forced to close . I had been with the company for 5 years and was the sole administrator, handling most of the admin responsibilities including but not limited to drafting of letters, making travel & meeting arrangements, doing research in different fields , answering phones, managing staff files, filing, running errands, assisting HR with payroll and accountant with month end.
