I currently hold a Bachelor of Administration in Human Resource Management acquired with distinction (cum laude). I have outstanding reading skills with the ability to teach myself from manuals and transcripts when needed. I also have great verbal and listening skills that make it possible to learn from the professionals I would be working with within the HR department. My academic strengths have greatly contributed to the development of my critical thinking, interpersonal, and time-management skills. I bring clear and effective communication to build professional connections with co-workers, management, and customers. I am flexible enough to work long hours if required, have a good eye for detail, and have great organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. I have a real desire to become one of the best HR Directors in the field.
