A software development house based in Kloof (KZN) is seeking the services of an Account Manager. Prior experience in an IT services environment is beneficial.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
• Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.
• Continue assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Upsell services and solutions.
• Manage client’s projects from beginning to end.
• Manage client’s requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
