• Review of Treaty Wordings and capturing of Treaty information (master data) onto Financial system.
• Account (including claims) for complex treaties.
• Provide timely and meaningful analysis of business results including relevant drivers for core business and new segments against plans and the agreed business cases.
• Analyze of system calculations and development patterns in relation to contract expectations.
• Assist with special project when required.
• Drive quarterly assurance activities.
• Communicate all information relevant to Corporate Reserving for the ultimate loss estimation early in the quarterly process.
• Provide guidance and support to internal clients e.g. to remove unnecessary tasks to focus their efforts on business generation and any relevant support to enable them to make more informed decisions.
• Maintain adequate documentation of internal processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Degree or equivalent (in finance, accounting, insurance, business, mathematics, law, etc.);
• At least 3 years of experience in Reinsurance Accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Sound teamwork and conflict-solving skills and a confident and engaging manner.
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of FSRI (SAP) and Business Warehouse/ BI Reports (preferred).
