Job Description:

Migration of new client data into CMS. All communication required with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless process.
Training all clients during migration process or ad hoc trainings as updates or new features are being released or as requested by clients.
Forming part of the product team to shape new feature requests, and bugs.
Liaising with Product team to ensure timeous development of these items.
Test features once developed to ensure it works as intended before being deployed.
Analyze customer data to improve experience
Hold best practice webinars
Improve onboarding processes
Evaluate and improve tutorials and other support infrastructure
Mediate between clients and organization
Handle and resolve customer requests
Mitigate customer churn
Aid with product development
Sustain business growth by ensuring excellent customer experience
