1. Print daily bank statements
2. Capturing payment cashbook batches
3. Accounts payable recons
4. Bank reconciliation
5. Deposit all cheques received
JOURNALS DUTIES:
1. Capture all general ledger journals
2. Capturing all accounts payable invoices
EXPENSES & ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:
1. Prepare and distribute all Credit card statements, mobile statements and fleet reports
2. Attend to all credit card queries, new cards, limits
ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:
1. Filing and archiving
