My client is searching to find top talent to join their team as a Dictaphone Typist / Administrative Assistant. They require a well-balanced individual that is committed to reach the future goals of the organization with excellent communication skills and a min of 3 years Dictaphone Typing experience.
Minimum requirements

Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position, experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous.
Accurate and fast typist
Fluent in English and good command of English language, i.e. spelling and the ability to structure sentences correctly.
Digital Dictahone experience will be an advantage - almost 80% of the day is spent on typing via a digital Dictaphone.
Ability to work in a team environment, i.e. open plan office with much noise and distraction.
Excellent telephone skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Duties and responsibilities

Duties include typing of reports.
Excel schedules and file notes.
Liaison with insurers and insured
Ability to prioritise workload
