REQUIREMENT:

- Diploma in Secretarial/ Administration/ Finance or Supply Chain
- One to two years’ experience in Office Administrator position
- Integrity and high ethical standards
- Excellent typing skills
- Computer Literate; Advanced MS Word; Basic Excel
- Excellent report writing skills
- Competent internet and database user
- Professional and presentable with excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail, thorough and well organized
- Able to cope under pressure
- Fluent in English and well spoken
- Ability to draft letters and reports on behalf of the Director, to a high standard of English.
- The ability to interact with senior management and clients locally and internationally.
- Screening of calls
- Drivers License is an advantage
