Administrative Assistant

A position has become available for an Administrative Assistant. The following is pre requisites and applicants with the following will not be considered.

Customer Service
Debtors
Processing of customer order
Placing of supplier orders
Receiving of goods
Dispatch to clients
basic import and export knowledge
Stock Control
Generate Reports for debtors, outstanding supplier orders, outstanding customer orders,
Be able to work independently
Be able to work under pressure
Excellent MS Office Package Knowledge
2 Years Working Experience
