Main Purpose of Job
To assist the Workshop Manger with closing and opening of work orders as well as generating orders for the workshop.

Main Responsibilities

Open job cards for National, Export, Used and Tadano
Prepare jobs for the Foreman to close
Close all internal job cards including warranty, PDI, rework and inter-company sales
Load costs onto job cards such as labour, travel, consumables or oils
Invoice revenue jobs
Pull invoices for accounts or the Foreman
Assist the accounts department with customer queries
Send invoices to customers
Print reports
Process credits and re-invoice
Capture quotations processed through SAP
Assist with purchasing
Filing

Required Qualifications / Experience
Minimum of a Grade 12/Matric or rquivalent
Must have experience on SAP, ideally at least 5 years’ experience
Experience in sales or a workshop environment is essential
Hardworking and able to handle pressure especially at month-end
