Advertising Sales Representative
Job description
Responsible for selling display advertising in established B2B publications as well as servicing existing accounts and generating incremental and new business revenue by producing sales through individual and team projects.
We are looking for an experienced sales and target-driven candidate who is willing to learn, grow and contribute to the team and business.

• Meeting revenue and activity targets as set by the business.
• Calling on clients, lead generation as well as key account management.
• Chasing targets for both revenue and the number of sales per month.
• Tracking leads, sales and managing client database and contacts.
• Setting up appointments, running meetings.
• Writing and presenting proposals.
• Must be willing to drive around the city to visit and meet with potential advertisers. This is not an email-only job.
• Attend functions and exhibitions.
• Travel to attend exhibitions in Botswana and Zambia every two years.

Requirements
• Sales experience in both new business development and key account management
• Ability to address business owners, marketing managers and high-level decision-makers.
